This is officially one of my favorite stories on here.
At first it plays itself as a stereotypical “ good” teacher who punishes her students with death to make them stronger story. Instead you subvert the trend by having the student eat the teacher. As well as you make it known that the students are afraid of the teacher rather than appreciative of her strictness. In only a few lines you reveal that the students are truly terrified of dying .

Teachers who actively eat their students for trivial reasons are shitty teachers . Yet so many writers and artists try hard to portray those teachers as great teacher. Instead it usually comes across as the teacher’s still being terrible . But the students aren’t really relatable or understandable.

Because you subverted the trope and took advantage of it. The story is phenomenal .you even leave the misdirect active until the very last second. Which means no one would expect it . The only thing that could’ve made this better is if you had made the pred an unassuming skinny girl or someone who failed the quiz.

Other than that , this is phenomenal and it went perfectly
