Appearance
Charlie is a rather short, pale, extremely feminine looking boy and is actually believed to be female by his friends and people who meet him, which isn't helped by his voice which would be better suited on a girl or his choice of clothing which often tight enough to show off his curves while hiding his most notable male feature which makes some of his female friends are envious. Having been dying his hair blue and green since a teen he often goes out in more feminine clothing his favourite being flowy yellow dresses as he enjoys the attention he gets while wearing them, he however wears tighter clothing at home if he chooses to wear anything at all liking easy access to play with himself.

Personality
Charlie's main personality that his "Friends" and clients see is extremely flirty and friendly while often bordering on being overly sweet, he will occasionally switch it up to mess with people before resuming his "normal" self. All of this is an act as despite the his bubbly and kind outward nature his true personality is far more sadistic and cruel thinking nothing of kidnapping and potentially torturing someone for no other reason than fun or pleasure but the most horrifying part of his true personality is his gluttony as he thinks nothing of swallowing and digesting someone once he's finished playing with them often enjoying it more than the actual torture. He's so gluttonous and sadistic he often won't even wait to be hungry or for his previous prey to digest before consuming another person.

Background
Having always been bullied from a young age for his appearance and choice of clothing even back then with one girl in particular being the main instigator Charlie always did his best to avoid them eventually winding up with him in a tree with the girl chucking stones at him trying to make him fall. Unfortunately for her he did and landed right on top of her and changing him forever as hearing the girl scream in pain and beg for mercy caused him to discover his love for it as he would make any bullies apart of him soon although he was smart enough to not do it in front of other people and knew to hide his personality change from his parents with everything eventually leading him to being the cannibalistic serial killer he is today. His original incident of him eating a bride and seeing the distressed and depressed look of the groom led him to his current occupation and had him often targeting the brides of who's dresses he makes as the thought of the groom thinking she'd left him when in reality she was digesting sent him to cloud 9.
