well, i Like it!
I'm really into non-fatal, and the rot fly's focus on the trio to the point she reincarnated just to have a chance to find them again, came across as a form of twisted love/longing for them, so she would never be parted from them again after they spurned her.
I'm hoping you do more 'trapped together within me' type stuff in the future

In some ways I really did like what AoS is as a universe, places like The Chaos Wastes and The Realm of Fire are really rad settings.
