Here is the second half which includes another edited image (editor did not wish to be credited) who did an amazing job despite being busy.
Taking sweater stretchers to a whole new level. Never thought I would do stuffing but it was fun having food smother Lillie while in the belly.
This story also has hidden references (though no free commision this time). I'll give you a hint on one of them. The time Wicke wakes up is another pokemon but its a different pokemon when you consider time (what do you do when you read 70 minutes?).

Uhoh, looks like someone had better hope there’s a way to bring Lillie back unless she wants to be lining someone else’s waistline

These guys can create chimera arceuses (arcei? A heresy?) and can resurrect fossil pokemon l.think she has a good chance though the chain may be a problem or it takes too long to make a clone.
