The girls at Forgery High aren't pushovers. It isn't THAT easy being a bully and Olivia seems to have gotten careless.
Her overconfidence was her undoing here. Did she really think that if she didn't keep a firm hand on Sarah that she'd just sit there and take it? Not a chance.
Least she got a kiss though! She'll remember that. (For more reasons than one)
