You know Venus, looking at this, and looking back at what you drew back when you first started posting on Eka's, you have improved leaps and bounds. I always love seeing artists improve.

Also, the style in this piece reminds me a lot of Saints of Ravens' style. A source of inspiration perhaps?

Thanks. While I can never sit down and get enough practice to become confident in my own ability to draw, at least I am confident in my ability to spot details in other people's artwork.

While there is a lot of subtle hints, the biggest one is the eyes.

I’m pretty much the same in lack of confidence to draw and paint but I spot stuff like that in people’s artwork but never spotted it in a different person’s work but now that you point it out I see what you mean. I wouldn’t have thought about it at all. But I’m happy you like how this came out as I really liked it too. I know I’m gonna get more from Venus in the future!
