“You don’t look so tough, you’re just a big fat frog,” observed Snow Veil with her normal sense of superiority, as she had a good gander at the unappealing animal she intended to gulp down. The unicorn unsure why Bug had tried to convince her that her current consumptive course of action was a bad idea, as she could only assume the moody mare had a soft spot for the adipose-rich amphibian. Snow shrugging upon recalling Bug’s words, as she had never thought that the slate snarfer was the sort to start getting sentimental for one of her pudgy pets, though in hindsight the alabaster mare might have been wise to heed the equine’s experienced words regarding the sizable specimen squatting in her water closet.

A simple glance at the titanic tetrapod on the other hoof, was more than enough for Snow to casually brush off Bug’s words, as to her it seemed quite clear that the croaking clump of calories before her would be little threat to a mare of her magical prowess.

The gormless look of the portly pink predator seeming to cement this evaluation, as Snow reckoned that the plump polliwog would be completely helpless to even her most simple of spells. The supposedly aggressive amphibian glaring at her with an agitated attentiveness, as though it didn’t quite understand why the equine had entered its dank lair with such audacity. The Gollox rustling slightly as it adjusted its position in the corner of the room, as the stupid and rather clumsy-looking creature turned to face Snow as she strutted towards it.

The gollox giving a curious croak, causing its wide belly to ripple slightly as though the entire animal was made of juicy gelatine. The succulent jiggle causing the mare’s mouth to start salivating, in anticipation for the hopping helping she was about to start gulping down. Snow fancying a feast of frog’s legs, so without fear she approached the blobby beast intent on making the massive monstrosity just another meal to bloat her belly. Snow’s horn slowly lighting up, as the mare prepared to make the moves necessary to snare and secure her slimy snack.

The gollox not taking kindly to the unicorn trespasser’s twinkling advances, and no sooner did she attempt to grasp its oily hide with her magic did the frog let out a hissing screech. The vocal outburst taking Snow off guard, as she had not expected exotic thing, she intended on eating would let out such an ear-splitting scream. The mare reflexively tightening her grip on the gollox, as she was set on slurping the slippery thing down, even if it made a reluctant ruckus about it. The mare thinking this would be easy, as the flabby frog wriggled against her manifested will, clearly unable to break free of the glowing fetters Snow had surrounded its broad body with. Snow licking her lips, though the smile spread over her muzzle would not last, as something milky suddenly struck mare square in the face thoroughly upending the unicorn.

Snow not sure what had hit her, as she was knocked to the floor by a bitter blast of greasy gunk that had suddenly spurted from gollox’s now enflamed poison glands. The manky mucus wiping the smile off Snow’s snout, as she went from licking her lips to gagging at the sour secretions that were spraying forth from the frightened frog. The gollox responding to the pony predator with a torrent of toad milk, as it instinctively assumed a classic threat display in the face of the peckish pony.

The chubby creature starting to puff up as it attempted to make itself look bigger, well all the while it continued to spit forth its foul fluid, until Snow was coated in a grotty glazing of putrid phlegm. The snotty salvos from its pressurized pores relentless, as the harassed amphibian entered an enraged frenzy against the equine who had foolishly tried to reduce it to food. The sight truly terrifying, the beast let out an icky rain as though it was popping a thousand pimples upon its oleaginous epidermis that buried snow under a deluge of disgusting droplets.

Snow not sure what to do, other than to curl into a soggy ball on the floor as the moist onslaught just continued to buffet against her cowering frame. The Gollox painting the mare with its creamy crud, as towered over her almost like it was asserting its dominance over the upstart unicorn. The creature just continuing to get larger as it inflated its alarmed anatomy, until it was just a bothered ball of quivering flesh. The vexed vocalizations it continued to chime out with almost demented, as it gargled and mumbled all manner of weird noises like a dog having a severe stroke. Snow trying to scramble away from it in an uncoordinated stumble, but coated in the ghastly goo, she found herself slipping and sliding on the tiles as though the floor was made of ice. The mare finding herself too lubricated to scurry away, leaving her entirely at the mercy of the menacing monster that seemed content to continue basting her in its vomitus bile, in punishment for bothering the now anxious animal. Snow not sure what to do, as the pony had not planned on the beast having this distasteful of a defence, so with a shrill shriek the mare did the only thing she could do, as she yelped out to Bug to call off her clammy creature.

“Bug help!!!! Your stupid frog!!!! It’s bullying me!!!!!” Mewled Snow, her day positively ruined, as her attempt at a grab and gulp had turned positively god-awful. With Celestia as her witness, she could never have imagined the animal would be so abominable, leaving snow gobsmacked that she had even attempted to devour the detestable brute. Snow fumbling about feebly, as she floundered in the putrid puddle that had formed on the ground around her. The unicorn unable to escape, as to the equine’s embarrassment she heard the chortling laughter of the grey glutton, as unlike Snow, Bug didn’t seem the least bit surprised by what had happened….

Against Bug's advice Snow thought it would be a good idea to try and make a meal of the gollox. Safe to say about 30 seconds later she regretted the choices that had led up to that point, as it was rather clear mistakes had been made....
