Here we see Izi the alien. Although eating humans is illegal she partakes in the act quote often, and doesn't really do a good job of hiding the fact. But she gets away with it for being an alien royal.

Izi has eaten a coworker (Claire) at the alien embassy for a quick Easter snack. The reason? She was also dressed as a bunny, and Izi wouldn't tolerate that. At least Claire got an egg to keep her company...
