Pike Trickfoot and the half-druid Keyleth wake a sleeping dragon when they attempt to steal its treasure, unaware that the seemingly dead creature is a dragolich. Unaware of the danger, the two girls take advantage of the solitude to explore each other's bodies until the dragon takes notice of them. The dragon swallows Pike whole before knocking Keyleth into the water, where she is pulled down and swallowed feet-first by a treasure chest mimic.
