Whitney has a lot on her plate as the secretary of the treasury board for her home planet.  It's enough to go about the funding for the planet's efforts to colonize the vast outreaches of space, but even more so when it comes to discussing this with constantly shifting staff.  The reasons for said staff shifting is a bit different than what most would think.  A lot of high end staff involved with the colonizing efforts have "disappeared when meeting with the Prime Minister, Fiona Peterson.  Oddly enough though, the missing staff seem to have their position immediately replaced, along with the Prime Minster's suit size.  Whitney isn't oblivious at all to her mother's actions on this though, but it doesn't seem like there's much she can do about it.  Is it a government conspiracy?  Who knows?
