I was going for a female Randall Flagg kind of feel (if you've ever read/seen The Stand). There's not too much to her design wise, but that belies how evil she really is.

well, the stand is my favorite book of stephen king and you´re right, randall flagg is scary villain because his personality, the guy is a socyopath that does what he wants, he manipulates and intimates his supporter, he looks as a normal human although is a demon (or worse)
i guess that he and black frances are similar
