I don't see him succeeding. As a military woman, Esdeath likely has CQC experience and goes for vulnerable spots like the throat, kidney or genitals. He didn't restrain her arms and the initial impact to her head can only last so long.

Remember, Esdeath was only there to take Black Widow's place while Natasha was um... 'indisposed' at the moment.
Meaning even if she loses the rest of the team is still in the running, and hey, it wouldn't be a very exciting competition if it was nothing but wins for one team right? Gotta have some stakes

I am rooting for Beastboy in this, actually, just because he's such an underdog. Here's to hoping the F can lose in the F/M, though I'll still be happy if it goes the other way.

I’m personally hoping that beast boy doesn’t succeed here. I love the story so far and if this turns into a bait and switch of Esdeath winning at the last second thatd be awesome, but I will be kinda disappointed if a male ends up winning in the Female on Male…Female wins are kinda the whole reason I’m here over the M/F tower

i really hope esdeath wins because it would be awesome if she tricks beast boy thinking he’s winning but in reality she has tricks up her sleeve and also since it’s f/m and not m/f
