An age ago, there was a challenger to the gods. She who was cast of the same infernal flesh, yet the godling did not know her place.
In an attempt of a usurping, a priestess of the established powers of the deep was consumed. Privileges were overstepped and the short rebellion against the gods quashed nigh effortlessly.
Now all that remains is the stunted fledgling god, forever bound to its imprisonment. Potential never realized.
