"Whoa, check those two out!"

It was the 22nd Annual Vore Convention in the city. A small crowd had formed in the convention hall, some reaching for their phones to take a picture while others simply drank in the spectacle before them.

Many convention-goers simply liked to dress up as a character they liked and carry around a fake, lightweight belly; it was all too well known among predators that lugging around a prey-stuffed gut for an entire day was beyond exhausting. But the crowd's attention was now centered on the pair of cosplayers who'd dressed up as two dragons from a well-known anime. They were clearly sporting the real deal, and were making no effort whatsoever to hide the loads they carried in their midsections. Not that one of them really could, anyway...

"Dammit! This is the last time... *huff*... I'm letting you drag me to *huff*... one of these places!" The girl dressed as Elma was unsurprisingly quite winded, muttering complaints between heaving breaths as her gargantuan stomach unapologetically spilled out of her torn suit. Her flimsy cardboard horn was beginning to fall from her reddening face; it was clear that this young dragon had bitten off more than she could chew. There were easily four or five people crammed inside of her, and still quite active by the constant squirming on her belly's surface. Her stocky frame did little to support her feisty feast; all she could do was try to maintain her composure until she was light enough to waddle home. Otherwise, she feared, she may have only had her appetizer...

"Serves ya right for losing your cool... all they wanted was a picture, Pep!" The much sunnier disposition of the Lucoa cosplayer was not lost on the crowd. A single prey was curled up in her relatively modest tum, peacefully churning away on full display. Her tank top, shorts, and tight stockings leaving very little to the imagination, she confidently posed with an overjoyed grin plastered across her face. It was rare that she went out and pulled off a stunt like this in public, but she absolutely loved every bit of attention she and her bloated friend drew.

The two cosplayers bathed in the adoration from the crowd, one quite a bit more reluctantly from the other. Some were simply captivated by the blonde's self-satisfaction and her friend's sheer size; others drew closer, perhaps hoping there was still a chance to get in on the fun. Regardless of whether they were trying to catch the girls' attention, or just enjoying the show, not a single person in the room could deny it...

'Elma' groaned through her teeth. "This is gonna be a long day..."

...this year's con had gotten off to an explosive start.
