Little concept I haven't seen before that me and https://twitter.com/crackynsfw came up with a lil while ago:

Basically, as an alternative to "dumping out" digested preys, they could be expelled through sweating! The sweat could also be more located, like, sweatier between the buttcheeks for instance. Also, since it's like, a whole person getting converted into sweat, it could produce *LOTS* of it, and yeah, if someone's placed correctly and there's plenty of it, well, it could cause some bloating.
