With a simple shift of a world line (and suggestions from a friend that she celebrate a certain holiday) we find a particularly goth'd up Ruka in swimwear boasting an absolutely immense belly- full to the brim with 88 other cute and curvy girls from countless other worlds...
Well, at least they used to be cute and curvy girls, and maybe some of them still are, for now- but a LOT of them have already been noisily gurgled away, contributing to Ruka's growing curves (among other things...) But not everything drains away for further processing~
