It would seem in the case of her Vore Day gluttony, Zelda accidentally ate herself into a room that's a bit cramped for her to properly maneuver in. This doesn't seem to bother her too much. In fact, that expression she's giving you seems to imply she wants you to join her in there. Go on in. I'm sure nothing bad will happen to you. She probably just wants some help pulling her out of there.
