CPO Wigglehips is the senior enlisted officer of Gnomeregans special operations and heads up the Gnomeregan Unique Ladies Passel, also known as G.U.L.P. As Chief, she is in charge of distributing assignments that are passed down from central command and for directing agents in the field as needed.

Fionna enjoys her work and has made a reputation for herself as the go-to agent for eliminations. Her stealth skills are widely renowned and foreign military commanders from all across Azeroth and beyond sleep fitfully in fear that they might see a shock of white hair by their bedside. Few of them know how it is that such a tiny creature manages to make all of her targets disappear without a trace. Like every agent, Fionna can suck people into her navel, but even among the elite, she is considered special. While a majority of her subordinates have a difficult time devouring and containing larger prey, Fionna's navel can stretch to ridiculous proportions and her hammerspace belly has held enemies as large as tauren. Even so, with Horde seeming to respawn endlessly, even her bottomless belly has been getting full.

Most recently, a shockwave hit the intelligence world when it was discovered that in another dimension, human beings (mostly boys) were actually controlling many of the Horde's soldiers, often bringing them back to life after death. These human directed Horde were some of the worst perpetrators of war crimes in all Azeroth, known for cowardly ambush tactics and always attacking with overwhelming numbers. Upon discovering this, Fionna took it upon herself to slip into our world and eliminate these so called "griefers". She has found the task far easier than fighting their avatars in Azeroth. The human boys tend to be smaller, softer and far easier to manipulate as she crawls over them in their beds, presses her belly against their faces and sucks them into her belly button one by one. Now, she works along with her agents to rid both worlds of the cancer so that late quest gankers and kill stealers might vanish entirely from both worlds.

Notes:

Fionna enjoys playing chess and loves fishing with a group of dwarf veterans outside of Menethil Harbor on weekends.

Fionna is considered to be one of the most beautiful Gnomes in Azeroth and has received many proposals from not only gnomes, but also from dwarves, humans, night elves and once even a young blood elf (although this particular suitor wound up inside her belly).
