Given that Tsuyu is outside her hero outfit and looks more flustered by her meal, is it wrong to assume she didn't eat a villain this time, but rather a fellow classmate? If so, they've performed the greatest feat of heroism a hero can achieve: feeding a hungry frog. After a victory like that, every other heroic deed would have a whiff of anti-climax, so its for the best they melt in Tsuyu's belly.
