As for how she's got a dick in this one; it's something that came to mind while discussing the commission. Basically my new idea for her is that she has prizes behind the counter that allow her to change her form, or rather, allow the people who get enough tickets to afford them to change her form. She still identifies as female despite this particular change though, which is why I'm using she/her and marking this as 'female pred'.
