with Claire being a novice pred, her guts get massively overworked from people meals, and it can take days to have her stomach feel "normal" while working on someone. Often times this causes long sessions basking in bed, fluttering between pain and pleasure as she slowly digests down a meal. Into a workable state. The first time parts of the meal drop into her small intestines are quite notable in how much strain it puts on her.

Love seeing novice/inexperienced preds with big squooshy bellies and intestines and indigestion but also enjoying it when not in pain so basically what I’m trying to say is this is awesome
