Shark girl Jackie Nowell is a petty thug turned collection agent for a ruthless moneylender. Her job is to hunt down those who try to cheat the system and to confiscate their assets.

With her latest target in her stomach, the next payout seems certain. But this one is different. In a world where it's eat or be eaten, he offers Jackie a third alternative, one that could free her from her own lifelong debt to her employer.

Noah Pearson borrowed money from someone he shouldn't have, with no way of paying it back.
