This is a collab thing I did with Ghostofyourdad (well, I maybe contributed a few ideas, some small text and the predator, but 98% of it was Ghost's work.)

fluff:
Folded in half and in the grip of a vicious, rough walled forestomach with several times his whole body mass in crushing muscles to back it up, Lapis was in a literal meat grinder. The forestomach threatened to break his spine several times a minute as it churned over his distorted slender form. His own greedy belly soon forgot about digesting his recently passed out meal and reflexively convulsed to release his prey. It was a reflex which saved a lot of sharks from being caught on hooks and allowed others to escape hungry predators, usually their bigger cousins, by offering them their catch. It did not work in this case, since Atlas had no eyes inside his belly and even if, it would have only added to his amusement and made the soreness of his throat and the slight ache in his belly easier to bear. Large sharks were filling but a true chore to digest. The dead anthro with the fresh acid burns and conveniently softened fleshy hide would provide excellent lubricant for the forestomach’s elasmobranch challenge though.

Oh absolutely. Whoever would want to survive him clearly doesn't know how to properly respect an apex pred or their elders~ Old whales like him need to much to murder inside those many bellies, he just can't let very many survive, and I'm sure any meat is good meat after his experimentation with the hammerheads.

Glad those old bellies have the experience! Means there is no survival for even the rowdiest meals~ Not that I would even make him flinch.
