Gotta get started somehow.
Oh, so they started as a male pred and kept voring people even after transitioning. Well neat, the thought hadn't occurred to me for some reason
Or she just vored the first time to gain big boobs in preparation for her transition.
Either way works. Maybe both, she started to vore to prepare and has kept at it since then since she really enjoyed it the first time
