The cover, a clean version of it, and technically a greyscale version at the end.
This applies across all three chapters.

For the most part.
The first cover shows Jordan and Kali in different locations.
The second cover shows Jordan somewhere else and Kali is still the same as the first.
Finally, the third shows Jordan in the same place as the second and Kali's in her location.
So really, there are only two images across the three chapters, with the middle mixing the two together to conceal a twist.
