Making sure that you're getting enough protein for long, hard workouts is important for your health. For some people, getting ahold of that protein is easier than it is for others, which can make the gym an oddly dangerous place to be for others.
Day 17 has Harley adding to her diet in a way that will both ensure that she has plenty of weight to burn off, but also that she has some extra weights for her workout.
