Huh, do you think that's why Dawn nicknamed Arceus Snowflake? Also if your wondering why Giratina is only mentioned and not with the others it's because I imagine he is in the distortion world hanging with good ol Cyrus. It was always planned to have arguably the most annoying rival (Hapu is okay) get a taste of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I did wanted to go even further with the ridiculousness of the story by including Lucas who would have been plowing Mars in a Hot Spring nearby, but that felt too much and unfair to the betrayed Dawn. Maybe for another story.
