In an alternate timeline, where Gwen obtains the Omnitrix, Ben is born as a girl, and Voraphilia is normal for the people of Earth, Gwen finds herself on a crazy adventure, as she gains not only super powers via the alien device, but also a belly pet to enjoy her summer vacation road trip with.

This reminds me of an old comic.
One where Ben became gray mater, Unbirthed himself into Gwen and then timed out. The comic had him spilling out of her at his full size, or possibly her birthing him....
I’ve always wished it had played out differently.... with him getting stuck inside because he’s suddenly to big to leave.^^
Would also be interesting to see a story with this happening.
