He acts with a lot of bravado, but actually he's a sensitive dork who would melt at the slightest bit of affection.
He's also an incredibly dangerous predator, able to eat several times his body size and weight... or would be, if he had the confidence to walk up and eat someone. Poor bastard can't even ask to eat someone without becoming a flustered mess.
