Willow tends to be more loose when she has some drinks in her. Looks like some rowdy party-goer finds themselves in tight confines.

Also thought of a fun description:
She giggles as she enjoys her squirming gut. Willow gingerly runs her fingers along the contours of prey's outline. Her stomach happily gurgles its occupant and blushes in appreciation. Drunken pleas reverberate through her swollen stomach, ignored for the most part. Amused, she playfully jiggles her stomach enjoying its weight and elasticity.
