I always thought about a Superheroverse in which the heroes and villains have superpowers based on dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures.
Unlike in the classics among superherocomics and movies the heroes and villains in this universe aren't good or evil because of their ideologies or philosophical beliefs. Instead it is the taste of people with certain beliefs that made them good guys or villains.
They do pretend to be good or evil based on ideals and philosophies, but in reality all they want is a taste of evil/righteous food.
(I guess that makes all of them villains after all)

In this case, I present you a villainesse known as Diana Nychus who after eating the exquisite egg of an unknown lizard, thinking it would help her in her career as a fortune-teller felt a strange awakening inside her belly.
A chemical reaction within the stomach passed dinosaur-mutagenes through her cells causing her to develope scales and feathers and powerful claws.

As a fortune-teller she told people, they shall receive great warmth, before unraveling her mouth, showing them exactly how warm their future becomes.
After having devoured many, she was mostly impressed with the flavours of purity and kindness thus becoming especially obsessed with eating the most good among the humans.
