It is essentially an old (but gold) turn based strategy game in a fantasy (actually sci fi) setting.
Lacus is a mystical water elemental from the plane of water, usually taking physical form as a mermaid-like being and Octavia is an eefreet, ancient spirits guarding mythical tombs of the ancients.
