Having gulped down that exquisite dragon the fairy is making sure some room in there is still left for the cake (Or in the language not spoken by Fairies: "castle")

Dragons are so small in comparison to fairies that the little bulge they cause around the waist area is near impossible to perceive.

That dragon treat might growl und roar under the folds of the fairy's greenish dress englobing her elegant frame, people will probably think that it was a distant earthquake under the grassy hills.
