My version of bayo taking matters into her own hands, eating the main villain and all the other Bayonetta’s from across the multiverse!
As a side note…saw the ending of the game and can’t really agree with the direction it’s going. Don’t think that Viola earned the namesake of the franchise. Even with the full context of the story, Bayonetta isn’t gone but it seems she’s been “sidelined” in her own franchise for sake of new character. Personally Nero from dmc they handled him better as a new character leading up to dmc5. The ending of dmc5 is something equivalent to what bayo 3 ending should have been. These beloved badass characters we have enjoyed for so long, you want to end them on a high note like how dmc5 did at its ending with Dante and Vergil.

Eh, I could still see um returning later on. Infernal Demons can be summoned into the mortal world and we could still play segments of the games as Bayo as a Demon now. After all, being within Inferno gradually makes one a demon.

It’s just the way bayo 3 ending is portrayed metaphorically, like this is the end of the REAL Bayonetta and now we’re stuck with a character who is a shadow of the real deal.

We can just hope she grows into it. If nothing else Bayo 3 was a great game

Here's something ironic. The writer for Bayo 2 was one of the writers for Dmc5 too

That’s probably why Bayonetta 2 did well as it did

In terms of the ending
DMC 5 really had a much better closure on the biggest conflict in the series and the way they did Nero was a lot better than how he was introduced in 4

Exactly my point. DMC5 handled its ending of Dante and Vergil very well, and it’s more characterization of Nero with powers and skills of his own.

Hard agree. Viola seems like she could have been a good new side character, but not like this…

This could actually be a good way for Bayo 3 to have ended instead of how it did now I’m talking about it in a fetish kind of way I mean think about it like this after the moon stage when all of the other Bayonettas are released the main one fuses with them to become a New Demonic Goddess and from there she defeats Singularity. But the Damage Singularity has done to the multi-verse’s space and time has made it to unstable so Bayonetta must take it upon herself to hold the multi-verse together. With it we could see a fourth sequel to the series where viola teams up with the gang to help Bayonetta create anchors through the multi-verse so they can stabilize it.
