So I have good news and some smaller good news, related to drawing. The smaller being that I found a few blank pages in an old 2018 sketchbook I've been wanting to clear out (abandoned non-vore project). The better good news is that not one but TWO of the government cheques I was waiting on showed up yesterday, so now I won't have to worry about getting a new sketchbook - it'll definitely be this week, and I've got the extra pages now, so there probably won't be a break in my art after all.

For now I wanted to do something along my usual, medium speed, full colour and inks. I realized that Taffy hasn't gotten her first 2023 pic (though she did get the final pic of last year, just a couple weeks ago). The banana split has been on my list for potential Taffy pics for a while now, I just wasn't sure what I'd do with it. Then this idea suddenly hit me, to have two Taffys - strawberry and chocolate - in the middle of the dessert, screwing up a storm in the classic scissor position. Being a hivemind, this adds new meaning to "go fuck yourself" - well Taffy sure is enjoying it! In the stomach, as her bodies begin to melt, she enjoys munching on her own ice-cream flavoured feet! Seems like she had a pretty fun time in there...

With this one out of the way, now I really feel like I've brought my main OCs into the new year, save for some minor preds like Nibblestitch and Uraea (they will make appearances eventually). But I'm finally starting to feel like my character roster is getting "complete". I've got Juniper, Casey, and Zoozi for myself; Geela and Cookie for herself; Taffy in her own series, and Anise in hers, with potential crossovers; a host of pretty random preds (that may continue to grow); and with the ten Just Instincts main OCs, I probably have enough! There'll still be new (but brief) random animals and nerds, but I may be done for main characters - we'll see how the year goes.

Actually, I have one more recurring character I want to introduce this year. Not very different than my usual, as we're talking about another cute but sassy feline here - but one big difference is this will be a fan character, for Elder Scrolls, not an OC. I want to make a cute and suited-to-vore version of the Khajiit assassin sorceress I play as in Oblivion and Skyrim (and ES6 when it comes out...). Not sure which name I'll pick for her yet, but I have a lot of ideas to use her as pred and prey in the Elder Scrolls universe. Plenty that could be done there, and I'll use up the idea I had for my old Skyrim comic with Juniper and Chicory. Really, I wanted to start drawing her because of the 100s of times I was playing, fighting some monster or dragon, and picturing a scenario where she loses and is eaten. It'd be good for me to draw them out!

I'm getting a lot of drawings done so far this year, and I feel like the wave isn't over - gotta sleep for now, but I'm sure there will be more vore pics tomorrow. I'm hoping this motivation lasts long enough to start and finish my next big comic, the rest of this month is looking pretty good now.
