You just wanted a nice evening playing /Future Fighter Infinite Online/ (or /FFIO/, as the fans call it). Little did you know the surprise in store for you.

You’re currently in a mysterious maze, being pursued by another player with the username HexMistress, who’s playing Don Devourer, a mafia character with a combat advantage. As you try to run away—you’re playing the Timothy Tiger character, a feline who has a bonus in agility—you find yourself getting a tad annoyed. Sure, PVP is allowed in this game, but come on! HexMistress has been pursuing you for /quite/ a while now. . .

You turn a corner, and find yourself facing a dead end! Before you can recover, HexMistress does the “grab” move, and snatches your avatar up. Don Devourer hits you in the face, and drains the last of your HP. Drat!

The character has killed you, and so, the finishing move begins. This mafia boss has a specialty, and that’s consuming those he defeats. Now, you’re going to be his dinner.

As you watch the finishing move—which plays from a first-person perspective—you find yourself hypnotized by the sight, unable to look away. Don Devourer opens his mouth side, and the humanoid displays a slimy tongue to you, along with teeth that are dripping with drool. As you’re staring, he shoves your head into his mouth, and the feeding begins.

You feel a . . . strange, damp feeling around your head, as if you really /are/ inside of a wet maw. But you’re too transfixed by the animation to question it, as your numb self lets you feel the sensations, but not respond to them. You watch as the large tongue washes around your face, and you feel the wet appendage glaze across you in real life. A, “Mmmm! Tasty!” sounds in a female and very-much-not-Italian voice. But you’re too hypnotized to question it, and you continue watching.

The animation is quick, and quickly sucks you down inside of Don Devourer—the sensation travels to all of your body as your avatar is fully inside of him. And once your character reaches the gut, you curl up in real life.

As the animation finishes, you feel a wet, drippy, cramped sensation all around your body, and your curled up form trembles. Then, everything changes: you blink, and suddenly, your phone is gone, and you’re sitting inside of a /real/ stomach! The sensations around you remain the same, and become even more prominent as the belly squeezes around your form, growling hungrily. The hypnosis wears off, and you squirm in resistance, trying to escape now that you have your senses back.

You hear and evil laugh outside of the stomach, and immediately recognize it as the same voice that was speaking through Don Devourer. “Hahaha!” she proclaims. “You fell right into my trap—and my gut!”

“W-What is this?!” you stammer, thrashing around and kicking the stomach walls. “How on earth—?!”

“For a witch like me, it’s simple to enchant even the most complex of things,” the predator purrs. “You see, /prey/, I put a spell on my /FFIO/ avatar, so that whoever Don Devourer swallows with his finishing move, gets /actually devoured/ by yours truly! Your avatar got gulped down in the game, so /you/ got gulped down in real life! Mwahahaha!”

“Let me out!” you beg, continuing to fight inside of the gut.

“Not a chance!” your captor crows, cackling. “You’re going to get broken down by my powerful stomach, and added to my body! You’ll regenerate, of course; that’s how this world works. But your remains will stay with me forever—isn’t that a lovely thought?”

You open your mouth to answer, but at that moment, the gut let out a loud /grooooooOOOOOOOOWL/. The walls shake around you and squeeze in, squishing your body with its wet, ravenous walls. You whimper submissively, and feel the predator pushing her hands against the outside of the stomach, making the space even smaller. This hunter’s belly owns you now—you’re nothing but a meal. That much is clear.

The walls become wetter, and slimy liquids drip down them, splashing onto your body. The places where they land feel tingly and strange, and your heart sinks: digestion is coming!

The predator laughs as fluids rain down, pelting you and turning your solid form into liquid. You struggle, trying to stop this, but your arms and legs are soon mush, and you feel your energy draining as you are broken down by the belly. Soon, only your head is left to be broken down.

Your devourer slaps her gut and proclaims, “I’ve utterly defeated you—now /that’s/ a fatality! See you later, meat! You were /so/ tasty and filling.”

You blink weakly, and the stomach grumbles, the walls nudging you as they come inward. More juices fall onto you, and you sigh, closing your eyes as the last of you fully melts away.

Ira the raven witch smirks and rubs her shrunken stomach, feeling your remains slosh around inside. “Mmmm, they really hit the spot!” she exclaims. A /BUUUUUURP/ leaves her mouth, and your acid-proof clothes comes flying out, landing on the floor.

Once you’re broken down thoroughly, your remains are absorbed inside of the corvid. She smiles with satisfaction as her curves grow more prominent, making for quite a nice figure. “Ah, I look great!” she notes, clapping her hands in delight. Her tongue runs across her beak. “And that player was particularly delicious. . . What was their username again? Let me check my recent kills and find out.”

Ira picks up her phone, where /Future Fighter Infinite Online/ is still open, and taps the menu. You made an exceptional feast, and she smiles upon seeing your username.

After that, she returns to the game. It’s time for seconds.

You blink and open your eyes, sitting up in your bed. You feel like you just woke up from an awful nap, but you don’t remember falling asleep. What happened?

As you become more awake, you notice two things: (1) you’re /completely naked/ right now, and (2) your phone is next to you, and / Future Fighter Infinite Online / is still open. You remember getting eaten, but the whole things feel like a dream—was that just the delusion of a tired mind?

You pick up your phone and navigate the /FFIO/ menus, finding your death logs. Your eyes widen when you see the first entry: you were defeated by HexMistress, who was playing Don Devourer.

So . . . it wasn’t a dream? Or maybe your mind took the game kill and imagined a strange scenario with a fictional predator. It’s hard to tell.

With a sigh, you stand up and go get some clothes. Real or not, you need to go on with your life.

Ira cackles and slaps her gut, which is stuffed with a few new victims: a green cat and a purple rabbit thrash around inside of her, trying and failing to escape. “All to easy!” the witch proclaims.

But her thoughts are still on your wonderful flavor. She simply /must/ eat you again sometime.

That is a certainty.
