It was a fairly quiet town. He had just moved in a few weeks ago. The tight community of the small town was incredibly welcoming. Anyone who didn't recognize him wanted to be the first to introduce themselves.

One thing he noticed was during their conversations, they always reminded him of a town law, "Don't go outside between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM." Even after being there for so long, he was still meeting new people and he was still hearing about this curfew, "Don't go outside between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM."

He wasn't a stranger to the idea. After all, he was being reminded twice a day atleast. Even after he's formally met people it became a tag to their conversations, "See ya later, and don't forget, don't go outside between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM." After a while, it got old.

One night, he stayed up late at night getting drunk and playing video games. Right between the times that were personally etched in his head by the population of the town, he got an idea. He wanted to go out and see if he could last the whole night without getting caught by the police.

Luckily for Stacey, he wasn't hidden very well. It had been a while since she had a more lively meal...
