A helpful pamphlet and guide to living life as a predator in our vorish world.

Set in a fatalverse that likes to think it treats prey well but doesn't do so nearly as well as it thinks it does.

you did a good job capturing the dystopian enthusiasm you'd probably see in a world with common fatal vore. There's just enough information to give the reader an inkling that things aren't as glossy as the pamphlet seems to imply.

You don't see this kind of world building often in this space so its always a pleasure to find little gems like this.

Thank you! There's more in the accompanying prey version of the pamphlet that really slams home the world-building as being quite the crapsaccahrine world.

a question I had in mind is what if someone was Injured say a foot bone fracture, would that person be not allowed in the FFA zones due to it being an unfair hunt for that person and no challenge for the pred. Or like the workers have a way to travel through a zone protected from predation till they are better, provided they can recover

Good question! Although no one would ever outright admit it, much like how in our world something like race would greatly affect police and ambulance response to a problem, it's a question of if they are predator or prey, as well as why the injury occurred.

This world, despite all its claims otherwise, views prey as inferior, and as such a prey is highly unlikely to be given any special treatment, and would indeed most, preds and prey alike, would see them getting eaten as their just desserts for "being stupid enough to go into an FFA zone injured." The only exception would be someone who is highly important in some respect, like a government official or highly respected scientist or sports star or something.

A predator is far more likely to be shown compassion and either be turned away or given a chance to travel through safely. Note that far more likely doesn't mean a guarantee, but much like how being white carries a form of extra privilege in the real world in places like the United States, being a predator carries a form of privilege here.

I love the 'that would be illegal lines
Said immediately after telling the reader pred how to bypass laws,

'remember is that the prey must be the one to fill out the form; do not attempt to fill it out for them. that would be illegal!'

It's really funny, unwilling is a fave of mine,
