Sarah Butcher helps run a small butcher shop that specializes in the trading of human meat with her father, Sam Butcher. Despite her, blunt, social skills Sarah mostly runs the front counter and is in charge of the store's finances, primarily because of her skill with numbers. She is also skilled with a knife, but chooses to leave most of the manual labor for her father. Mainly because of how "handsy" he likes to get with the meat, but also because she's just lazy and is clever enough to worm her way out of most physically demanding jobs, or contractual obligations. However she is better known for her pessimistic and nonchalant attitude toward, well everything. The sky could be falling and Sarah wouldn't even take the time to look up from her phone before telling you it was about damn time. While she will often look or sound bored, disinterested, or in some cases even arrogant interacting with most people. Her father is one of the few people however that can often pull anger or shock out of her apathetic demeanor and in some cases a laugh.

While she is mostly apathetic to the plight of those who've been sold as meat. Sarah does have a sadistic side, one that enjoyed the pleas and cries of the newly initiated meat as they slowly came to understand their new lot in life, even enjoying the thrill of control she has over them as she decides their fates.
