Sam Butcher runs a small butcher shop that specializes in the trading of human meat with his daughter, Sarah Butcher. Though he is the more charismatic, especially when compared to his daughter's blunt attitude, his more meticulous nature often has him doing the majority of the physical labor. This includes maintaining the lobby, stocking the display cases, and of course, butchering the meat. Despite the "sticky" nature of his job, those who know Sam would describe him as lacking any kind of bad bone in his body, annoyingly optimistic, efficient, and dependable. At least those who don't find themselves on the business end of his cleaver, who would describe him as cold, heartless, and cruel even after Sam's more "intimate send off." Though if it's a curiosity or just Sam's way of blowing off steam very few ask.
