Linda was having a particular carving for poultry as a midnight meal. But wouldn't you know it, the only place that's open at this hour doesn't have any fresh chicken sandwiches available, and the other options aren't nearly as appetizing... Although, perhaps she can make a substitution with the lone magpie worker...
