I’ve been meaning to ask, but do the differences in their glowing eye colors mean something? I noticed that Zach and Lamont have yellow eyes and Oscar has red eyes.

Zack has white eyes, Lamont has yellow ones, and Oscar has red. They don't mean anything, the glow is just an indicator that the Pred is hungry/horny/intense/agitated. The colors are just to differentiate them.
