For someone who enjoyed the mechanics and world that botw had to offer, totk just felt like that world plus MORE with different core abilities that made interacting with it a lot better than it’s predecessor. Still, the dungeons’ objectives can get repetitive and everyone seeming to just forget about anything related to the calamity really hurts the immersion.

Its a fine game I guess, but having played so many games that has done a lot of the same better I simply can't enjoy it, there are a lof ot things I don't like, I haven't been able to bring myself to keep playing to this day, an entire month later.

Ahh, meanwhile this is my first experience with a game that offers some of the features it has all in one game. The zonal devices and just how many options you have both in traversal and for puzzle solving has had me feeling like I’ve cheated the game at some points! Recall especially, I was able to skip half a shrine using it and was able to pull treasure back up onto a sky island when it fell all the way to the surface!

Regardless, I can see and understand that its structure is not for everyone. I do hope that Nintendo considers keeping a sort of side-line going that uses the classic Zelda progression formula for those who like it more than the open structure of the recent mainline games. As for me, well, I sit in the middle! I miss it, yes, but I also enjoy what’s new.

Love it! Kazooie is an amazing game reviewer! Plus I really love the touch of her having pointy teeth whenever she's using something to pick her teeth plus look at that belly!
