Tiny bit of lore of 40K me, and a short thing my buddy wrote when this was originally made.

40K Brass lore:

Visually the same, except he is actually a pretty accomplished Baneblade pilot or something and even a perpetual, but whenever near Mommissar or Fio'la or Emperor forbid Slaanesh Daemonettes, he just ends up as plaything and food, unable to defend himself at all. And probably not only those either. Curvier T'au women seem to be complete weakness of his. Good thing he's actually quite dependable for secrets, so Mommissar can keep sending him to spy on them.

...most of the intel is just about how much they seem to enjoy sex and how their insides look, though...
