With how chaotic and stressful the world can be, ya gotta wonder, when was the last time you learned how to enjoy yourself?

I know it might sound silly but relaxation and recreation is a learned skill. If you don’t approach it with the right mindset, you’ll end up even more exhausted than before. If that happens, you'll need a vacation from your vacation.
