That's probably a lot to do, but for ideas:

Coach can probably start eating the other teams, letting her school win.

Math teacher is doing math with her belly, like "Alright class, how many of you can estimate the volume of my belly?" for example.

That final staff member, not sure what they do, but they say 'screw it!' and start eating the students.

It's true she's used her business sense to do some questionable things. But she's got such a welcoming smile, and a great sense of humor! Doesn't a teacher this open and frank deserve a chance?
