although the increased power may be nice, her mobility will be reduced. so while she technically could, in most circumstances it probably isn't worth it.

I like the core idea here. Combine someone with high magic aptitude and someone with high magic capacity to create a single magical girl with both stats. The possibilities are fantastic.
-A second magical girl could "transfer" her partner to the leader to give her a power boost.
-Two or more partners engage in lewd activities inside the magical girl to magnify available power (at the cost of extreme immobility)
-"Villain of the week" monsters that try to capture the high-capacity partner, either before they transform or using a cock to steal them while transformed
-Lead Villainess is gathering high-capacity girls to fuel her ultimate objective (probably undoing a personal tragedy) and keeps an increasing stock of uninitiated high-capacity girls trapped in her womb (captured and transferred before the monster is defeated), gradually growing larger and larger over the course of the series.
As to the classification, well a succubus absorbs lewd power as a food source (or uses it as a medium to feed on life force) so that's not a proper classification...
