You mean something where the person being unbirthed is dying and the unbirthing is to give them a new chance at life? It’s certainly occurred to me as a possible motivation, but I can’t recall if I’ve actually used it in any stories I’ve posted here. I did use something along those lines for one of the ebooks I published, “Sasha’s Healing Womb”.
