Several days later...

Black would slowly rouse from his sleep, stretching his arm and patting his gut as he told his belly: "Mmmmhh… Good morning Tibby. Happy Birthday!"
Tibby groaned, not so much due to who was congratulating him as much as the fact that he had spent the last several days inside of said guy's hot, cramped, gooey belly.
"Blegh- Okay, thank you, can you please let me out now?", he pleaded, feeling the hand of his predator pat him on the back through his gut.
Despite the fact that he wasn't being digested the heat and unending gooey stomach juices made him feel like he was melting inside of the gut and the powerful muscles kneading him over had drained him of whatever fight he may have had in him when he had been eaten by Black.
"Heh. No.~"
"B-But I'll miss my birthday party!"
Once again the naga chuckled, grabbing around his belly with both hands and pulling it up and in towards himself, groping the catboy's butt as he smothered Tibby's face into the roof of his stomach in what almost looked like a hug.
"Awww, don't worry dear, you'll still be able to attend your birthday party, I'm not that mean! We'll be going there together!"
He dropped his gut, letting it bounce and slosh the catboy inside, goopy slime splashing up over Tibby before he was pulled back into his usual cramped, curled up position.
"Wai-wait, you'll be going there with me inside of you? Why?"
"Oh, I just figured that it would be good to let everyone know where you ended up after vore day, and where they'll be able to find you.~ Besides, there's bound to be plenty of snacks and a birthday cake for me to eat there as well, why would I want to miss that?"
Tibby shuddered at that, remembering how his predator had stuffed himself twice while he had been trapped inside of his stomach, packing the stomach so tightly with food that the catboy within had barely had enough room to breathe due to how full and active the stomach could get.
"Oh god that's gonna be so disgusting! And wait, what do you mean where they'll be able to find me?"
"What, did you think that I'll let you out on some random other day soon if I'm keeping you in there for your birthday? Perhaps I'll consider letting you out for your next birthday. Or I won't consider letting you out at all. After all, I'm a very greedy predator, and you're all mine, dear.~"
"Nooooooo!"
Black just grinned in self satisfaction as his belly pet squirmed and pleaded for him to consider letting him out sooner, ignoring that for now as he headed out. After all, he had a birthday party to attend for Tibby: Quite possibly the first of many yet to come.
