Deborah Vor, she can manually adapt/ activate her body for the situation at hand. An example would be if let's say she needed to help someone lift debris from a crime scene or active situation her muscle would be flexed to trigger growth proportional to what was needed. Anything beyond that would either be too strenuous or a waste of energy that could be needed later.

There are times where criminals are detained in her stomach either for transportation purposes or for interrogation, in rare cases they may even be lunch for her.
